This blog serves as a repository of miscellaneous information, recent doings, writings, readings, viewings and thinkings. Or a 'journal', if you insist. Topics are generally poetry or publishing related, along with random other.
... is a poet, publisher, critic, and writer/blogger. He runs Egg Box Publishing and is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Inpress, an organisation that represents and supports 40+ independent UK presses. He is also an arts manager and consultant, with the Writers' Centre Norwich, UEA, Creative Partnerships, and the BBC among his clients and partners. He was recently Programme Director for the Richmond upon Thames Literature Festival and works for the poetry magazine The Rialto. His poetry and criticism have been published in a number of places, in print and online, including Poetry London, the Manhattan Review, nth position, The Guardian, The Rialto and The Spectator. He looks a bit like an angry collision involving Sacha Baron Cohen and Adam Goldberg.
